MarketerInbox Privacy Notice
Dayella Limited · Updated 2 October 2026 · Cloud pilot and companion apps
MarketerInbox brings records from your connected sources into a workspace. The current service is for accounts that have already been activated. This notice describes the current pilot; available functions depend on your app version and workspace configuration.
Information processed
- Account identity, including the email address, name and provider identifier returned during sign-in.
- Content saved to your workspace: email and message text, sender and recipient details, attachments, calendar snapshots, contacts, drafts, tasks, notes and activity records.
- Connection and device information needed for authorised sync, including provider access tokens, device pairings and sync status.
- Service and security logs needed to operate the service and investigate errors or abuse.
Where your data goes
Cloud workspace records are stored on the servers used by Dayella to operate MarketerInbox. The service uses a self-hosted authentication deployment. Sign-in also involves your chosen identity provider, such as Apple, Microsoft or Google. Cloudflare protects the site and its Turnstile check processes information required to distinguish legitimate requests from abuse.
Connecting a cloud mailbox authorises the selected provider connection. Desktop messaging uploads require their own source and upload authorisation. Signing in to the same workspace lets the companion app retrieve its saved records. The iOS app keeps a local cache and saves its session in the device Keychain.
Google sign-in, Gmail and Calendar
Google sign-in provides your account identifier, email address and profile details for authentication. Signing in does not by itself connect Gmail. A separate mailbox connection requests access to email bodies, headers, sender and recipient details, labels and attachments. This supports reading saved originals, preserving captured mail, and linking correspondence to contacts and tasks. Gmail read access does not change or delete messages in Gmail. The cloud pilot captures a bounded selection; it does not guarantee a complete mailbox backup.
Calendar access is optional. Reading events supports the next 48 hours of your agenda; listing subscribed calendars lets you select the calendars to capture. Sending Gmail messages and creating, editing or deleting calendar events require additional permissions and approval of the specific action. Captured content is stored in your cloud workspace and can be retrieved by companion apps signed in to that workspace.
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorised access; it does not remove copies already saved in MarketerInbox, exports or backups. Contact us to request deletion of those copies. Google OAuth verification is not complete, and Google may display an unverified-app warning during this pilot.
AI and device features
Where AI analysis or chat is enabled, source content and instructions are processed by the model provider configured for that workflow. Cloud processing sends that content to the configured provider; local processing runs in its configured local environment. Derived summaries, suggested contacts, tasks and chat history may be saved in the workspace. Signing in or connecting a mailbox does not configure a cloud AI provider. Available AI features depend on the app version and workspace settings. The current released iOS preview does not record meetings or collect GPS location. It does not send email-open tracking events.
Optional email image signals
圖片載入訊號不等於真人已讀。An image-load signal is not proof that a person has read an email. Counts do not establish the number of readers or reads, and recorded request times do not establish reading times. No signal does not mean unread. See the service terms and tracking limitations.
For each reviewed outbound email, the web app lets you choose whether to include an opaque remote image. Tracking is off by default. Image requests can produce message-level signals and optional notifications inside your workspace. These do not prove delivery or reading and cannot identify which recipient loaded the image; mail proxies, background preload, security scanners, forwarded messages and sent-folder views can also affect signals. Blocked images can result in no signal.
The app does not store IP addresses or complete browser headers with these signals. Requests from our authenticated app, same-site previews and HEAD requests are excluded, and our saved-email reader blocks remote images. Signals and their workspace notifications stop at 30 days and are cleared from the live service by a maintenance worker. You can stop collection and clear those live records earlier. This does not erase the original sent email or copies in previously created backups; backup handling remains part of the pilot retention and deletion limitations below.
Use and access
Data supports the workspace features you use, synchronisation, authentication and service operation. The current companion app does not include advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. Workspace access depends on account and role permissions. Team CRM access is separate from private mailbox access.
Retention and deletion
Saved cloud records remain in the workspace until removed through an available deletion process. Disconnecting a source or signing out does not itself delete saved cloud records. Signing out of the iOS app clears its local session and cache; exported copies and copies on other devices are separate.
The pilot's account-deletion workflow is not yet operational for public release. Contact support@dayella.co to request access, correction or deletion and to confirm handling of server backups. No automatic deletion deadline is promised by this preview. Do not send passwords or complete mailbox exports in a support message.
